TCCI’s mission is to serve and save the community by equipping at-risk and underserved youth with 21st century survival skills in multimedia arts and computer technology. We create an immediate and long-term positive impact in Palm Beach County, Florida by offering our target population positive alternatives to crime, recidivism, and substance abuse. By bringing equipment, materials, and teachers directly to schools and community centers, TCCI is able to reach Inner-City Youth in ways other organizations cannot.
TCCI helps students attain basic academic and social skills commensurate with their age and maturity, pursue educational goals, and develop marketable skills to assist students in obtaining and holding jobs in arts and technology-related markets. We bridge the growing cultural and technological divide which separates our student population from their more affluent counterparts.
We emphasize technology-based training, life skills, positive community involvement, and public service. Our short and long-term goals include expanding existing programs, developing new programs, securing permanent housing, and becoming a self-funding organization.
